Return and Exchange Policy

• Please ensure to check the parcel once received in case of damage or missing products. 
• You can contact on the following in order to raise queries and doubts regarding your order
• Items bought on sale/discount/offer are not eligible for refund or exchange. 
• Exchange/Returns are not accepted if the customer does not like the colour, material of the product. We suggest customers thoroughly read the product descriptions before purchase. 

Exchange

• In case of exchange please process the same within one week from your receipt date. 
• You will have to schedule the reverse delivery as we do not provide a pick up facility. 
• Ensure the product is in an unused condition. 

Return

• We shall provide a credit note in case you wish to return the product. 
• No refunds shall be levied in case of misinformation provided from the customers end. 
• We only offer exchange or credit note- refunds are not levied

• Order once placed cannot be cancelled. 
• Incase of damage, misprint or size issue, the product will be exchanged or credit note will be levied

• What if the colour of the material is not the same as shown in the picture?

Apart from HD quality pictures and zoom features, we also give a detailed description of every product. 10-15% colour difference can be there depending on the viewing screen and camera lights. 

• How do I inquire whether your services are available at my desired delivery location?

You can enter your address during checkout and if the pin code is not available your order won’t be finalized. You can then contact our customer care department.
