Return and Exchange Policy

• Please ensure to check the parcel once received in case of damage or missing products.

Exchange

• In case of exchange please process the same within one week from your receipt date. 
• You will have to schedule the reverse delivery as we do not provide pick up facility. 
• Ensure the product is in an unused condition. 

Return

• We shall provide a credit note in case you wish to return the product. 
• No refunds shall be levied in case of misinformation provided from the customers end. 
• We only offer exchange or credit note- refunds are not levied.
